In the past I have only been able to provide my Listingbook account at http://garrymcdonald.listingbook.com for you to search for properties for sale.
This service is still available for you but my MLS has gone through an upgrade recently and they have now provided me an alternative search option. Although I have received very positive feedback for Listingbook and the service they provide, some people may prefer this new service.
The benefit of both these services over consumer search sites such as Zillow and Trulia, is that the service and the information is provided by the MLS directly so all information is correct and current. I receive many calls from people who want information on an “active” listing on one of the consumer sites, only for me to find out on the MLS that it is no longer active.
