Your monthly market overview
Stanton Market Update – September 2026
🏡 Stanton headed into fall with more months of supply. The single-family figures show that conditions favored sellers, but your neighborhood and the homes competing with yours still deserve a closer look.
📈 Supply grew to 1.25 months, up 25% from August. Buyers have more room to compare homes, so sellers need to pay attention to the competition.
💰 Homes on the market had a median asking price of $999,900. That’s what sellers were asking, rather than what buyers agreed to pay. A dependable median sold price wasn’t reported for this sample.
⏳ The usual selling-time and sold-to-list figures weren’t available. I’d be careful about making promises on price or timing without a closer look at the homes buyers are choosing between.
💵 The median estimated home value was $862,630, down 1.4% for the month and up 3.1% over the past year. Think of it as a broader value estimate, separate from this month’s sale prices.
Bottom line: More choice gives buyers a little breathing room. If you’re selling, let’s look at today’s competition before deciding where to price your home. You’re welcome to ask for a home-value review even if you’re staying put.
